Let’s take a moment to look at what we surround ourselves
- What is your home environment like? Do you keep your house clean or is it a cluttered mess? How does the state of your home affect your mental state and mood?
- What are your friends like? Do they support you or do they knock you down out of jealousy? Do they have the same values and goals as you do?
- What is your relationship with your family like? How do you feel when you are in their presences? How do their attitude towards you affect how you live your life?
- How do you feel when you go to work everyday? Are you filled with dread and stress? Or are you met with excitement and contentment? How do you and your co-workers get along?
After answering those questions, now take a look at your environment as a whole. Do you put yourself in a position to succeed or are you met with fear and doubt based of the things and people you surround yourself with?
What can you do in your daily life to improve your environment? Could you declutter your home or reorganize things for a peace of mind? Are there friends in your life you make excuses for that you know you should cut out but haven’t? Is it time for a career change? What does YOUR life need for a healthy and supportive environment.
